SpreadingThanks was started by two high schoolers in the Frisco area with the goal of giving back to their local community and its heroes. We want to show appreciation and thanks to the people in our community who are putting themselves in risk each and everyday during these unprecedented and difficult times. Store employees, police officers, firefighters, and front-line medical workers place the health of others before their own and sacrifice time with loved ones, and we believe they deserve more appreciation back! 100% of our funds will be going toward our local heroes.

WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING?
The money donated to us will be used to purchase gift cards and those gift cards will then be given to our local heroes. We will also create handmade personalized thank you cards to give along with the gift cards. See below for examples!
TO WHOM IS THE MONEY GOING TO?
ALL of the money donated is going towards purchasing gift cards for local police officers, firefighters, grocery store employees and front line medical workers in the Frisco and McKinney area.
ARE THE CARDS PERSONALIZED?
Yes! The handmade thank you cards that will be given to our heroes with a gift card can be personalized with a message. Basically, when you donate $10 or more, we will write your name and a message in the card.
